Delivery and return conditions

DELIVERY METHODS

The transport is provided through the courier company Cargus. The courier price for a parcel under 1kg is:

20 lei VAT included for both Bucharest and other localities in the country for standard deliveries (to the address) by CARGUS

NOTE: 5 lei is charged for orders paid upon delivery of the package in the cash on delivery system (we recommend paying by card to avoid this cost)

For orders exceeding 599 RON, the courier fee for the customer is zero, the cost being borne by our company. The exception is orders that have a delivery address in a country in the European Union for which the cost has a fixed value of 170 lei VAT included regardless of the value of the order. In this case, deliveries are made through the Romanian Post. Our products are delivered in max. 7 working days if the delivery address is on the territory of Romania. If the products are delivered to the European Union, the delivery period will be between 15-20 working days. Shirts ordered online are not in stock and are launched into production immediately after receipt of the order note. Depending on the level of loading, orders can reach the customer in a maximum of 7 working days for national deliveries . In the conditions in which you want to know exactly when your product will be available, please request the delivery time at the phone number displayed on our website, before launching the order.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We want you to be completely satisfied when you buy products from us. If, however, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you can return them and we will refund their value. Customers can return the purchased products, in the original packaging, without signs of wear or dirt, within 14 days of receipt, without penalties and without invoking any reason, announcing this return in advance, ONLY IN WRITING, to the email address on the contact page. In the return request, do not forget to mention the order number. Telephone return requests or those received by other means are not taken into account. You can opt for a refund of the value of the products or the purchase of other products from our store. The shipping costs generated by the return of products that do not involve the supplier's fault will be borne by the customer . In this case, the customer will pay the shipping related to the return of the order but also the shipping cost (depending on the courier chosen according to the grid above) related to the initial shipment of the order in question even if he benefited from free shipping (his order exceeding 599 lei VAT included). In other words, if the customer in question changes his mind (exp-did not choose the right size due to the fact that the size chart available for each product was not consulted, wants a refund of the cost without a specific reason, etc.) and no longer wants the products, he will pay the shipping cost in full, not being the supplier's fault. We must mention that our products are manufactured to the customer's order (they are not in stock), depending on the size, cut and customization options (if applicable) chosen by him.

After receiving the returned package and verifying that the return conditions are met, our company will refund the value of the products within 14 working days, only to the customer's bank account. If the customer requests certain changes to the shirt from the standard model presented on the SC Merer Design SRL website (for example, various personalized embroideries, measurements taken by the customer, initials for the monogram, etc.), and then wishes to give up the product, our company reserves the right not to pay the value of the product/products in question.

IMPORTANT: Do not send the package with cash on delivery, it will be refused without any further notification.

Return conditions:

Returns without invoking any reason are made only through express courier companies, the return being delivered directly to our headquarters in Bucharest, Bulevardul Energeticienilor 13-15, office 225, tel. 0735610130. The shipping fee must be paid by the Customer requesting the return. Do not use the Romanian Post for returns, the packages will not be delivered directly to us, thus delaying the process of paying the return value by our company.

Any return that does not comply with the conditions below will be refused.

If you do not receive the same product/size/color that you ordered, the product can be returned without paying the return shipping fee. In this case, the courier services mentioned above will be used with the mention of payment on the contract that the courier company has with SC Merer Design SRL. In this case, you can contact us at any time to support you in solving the problem as soon as possible.

CAREFUL: The website lists the dimensions of most products – if the product does not fit you, it means that you have not consulted the size chart and in this case the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. If the purchased product has manufacturing defects (not shipping), please contact us within 3 days of receiving the package. We assume responsibility and replace your item with an identical one (model, size and color), our company bearing the shipping costs to you. Returned products must contain the original packaging (box, labels, protective film – if applicable) undamaged and must not show signs of wear, makeup, odor, etc. Before shipping the products to you, we check that there are no manufacturing defects, that they are the same model, size, color as the ordered product/products. Our products are new, unused!

Regarding returns regarding the "5%, 10%, 15%, 20% discount campaign for the purchase of at least two shirts" (during the periods in which it is active). In the event that a customer purchases two shirts and wishes to return one of them (through no fault of the supplier), then he will not benefit from the 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% discount on the shirt kept (he practically purchases only one shirt) and will also bear the shipping cost generated by sending the product he returns. Our company will refund to the customer the amount paid by him for the returned shirt, from which the difference of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% (the discount) from which he benefited and the amount related to the initial shipping will be retained if the value of his final order does not exceed 599 lei (because he initially benefited from free shipping because he ordered at least two shirts whose value exceeded the amount of 599 lei). In the event that the customer purchases more than two shirts and the ones he keeps are at least two, he will of course benefit from the 5% discount on the shirts he kept. The same will be done in the case of the 10%, 15%, 20% discount campaigns.

GUARANTEE

The commercial warranty for our products is 30 days , the term starting from the date on which the customer takes possession of the product/products ordered by MERER DESIGN SRL. assumes the right to make changes to these above provisions without prior notice.

The rights and obligations of both parties are established in compliance with the provisions of GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE No. 130 of August 31, 2000 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts.
